Tonya Smith is an experienced paralegal with more than 20 years of experience in the legal field, focusing primarily on personal injury litigation and case resolution. She is a graduate of Darton College, where she earned her Paralegal Certificate. 

Throughout her career, Tonya has played an integral role in the handling and settlement of thousands of personal injury cases. She has extensive experience assisting attorneys and clients through all stages of litigation and case management, including the resolution of medical liens and subrogation claims, negotiation and reduction of medical bills, and maximizing recoveries for injured clients. 

Known for her dedication, attention to detail, and compassion for clients, Tonya takes pride in helping individuals and families through difficult times with professionalism and care. 

Outside of the office, Tonya is actively involved in her church community, where she serves in children’s ministry. She is married and the proud mother of three children. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and family.
